A new page will ask you about the institute website address and the number of staffs, fill that. Further fill ‘country’ and ‘phone number’. Then they’ll ask for your address. In the next page, insert your current email address you check regularly.

After this, the next step is to pick a domain if you don’t already own one. You can skip this section for later. After this put your name in the given section. If you need free cloud-only, then G Suite is fit for you but if you can spend little bit on extra features and protection then Office 365 is best for you.
